Brad Pooler Teaches Children About Trucking Jobs

Brad Pooler, assigned to drive for Walgreens in Salina, Kansas, recently talked about his career as a truck driver to a group of children at the Delphos Public Library.

He shared how he has been driving trucks since he was 18 and explained the important role that he plays in keeping store shelves stocked with the products people need. Brad also showed the children his second One Million Mile Award and read them “Trucks” by James Nihon. He wrapped up the event by coloring pictures of trucks with the children and passing out Walgreens pens and homemade cookies.
