CPC Car Rental Policy

• To make a reservation for a driver click on this link, CPC Logistics, which will direct you to book from National Car Rental, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Enterprise Truck Rental. Or, call any National or Enterprise car rental location.
• Mid-sized car is preferred unless a group of drivers are going in the same car

• When the driver returns the rental car, ask that the completed Rental Agreement Invoice be returned to you for processing
• If the charges are to be billed back to our customer, fill in a bill-back form and follow our bill-back procedure. Contact Jodi Marnati with any questions – j.marnati@cpclogistics.com.

• Enterprise and National provide fuel policy options for non-airport and airport locations
  • Non-Airport and Airport Locations
    • Refuel to the same fuel level as when the car was picked up
    • If you do not refuel to the same level as when the car was picked up, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate with is typically above the local pump price
    • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel to:
      • Avoid hassle of refueling the vehicle before returning it
      • Pay less – pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount
      • Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold on full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates vary by the area you are renting the vehicle.

If you sustain damage to your rental car, you will receive a letter from Enterprise Rent-A-Car or National Car Rental. Please forward/give this letter to your Operations Manager or Division Manager. The manager will then forward it to CPC headquarters. If you have any questions regarding your claim, you can contact the Damage Recovery Unit at 1-866-300-3238.
