FAQs

There are a number of reasons for not being able to log in. One or more may apply.

  • You must be set up by John Bickel, Sr. to access the mobile app
  • If you have logged into the website at any point, use the same credentials for the app
  • If you changed your password on the website, then you have also changed it on the mobile app. This could have been days, weeks or months ago if the app has kept you logged in over that period of time.
  • Ensure you are entering your password correctly. Tap the “EYE”. Passwords are case sensitive. (and phone keyboards are small)
  • Do not cut & paste your password into the field. This can introduce hidden characters.
  • Contact Enterprise directly with any issues:

      • For help with any issue, Road Service, Accident, etc.

  • What to do:
    • If the accident is serious and involves another party, notify the local police
    • If anyone is injured, call immediately for medical assistance
    • Report accident to John Bickel, Sr. or your Division Manager immediately
    • Investigate the damage to the vehicle(s)
    • Take pictures
    • Obtain information:
      • Names and addresses of owners, drivers and passengers involved
      • License plate and registration numbers of vehicles involved
      • Insurance company and policy numbers of other parties involved
      • Names and addresses of any witnesses
      • Badge and precinct numbers of law enforcement officers present
    • If an unattended vehicle is involved, attempt to notify the owner. If not directly possible, attach a note to the vehicle asking owner to contact you. Notify police immediately of your attempt to contact the owner.
    • Inform John Bickel, Sr. what occurred
    • Reports:
      • Complete and submit the Accident Report located on the eFleets app
      • Promptly complete all reports required by local law enforcement and state motor vehicle authorities. You may request their help in completing these reports or contact John Bickel, Sr. for assistance.
  • What not to do:
    • Do not express any opinion about who was at fault or give information except as required by law enforcement
    • Don’t sign any written statements for anyone except an identified representative of the insurance company
    • Do NOT report ANY accidents to CPC’s insurance company
  • What to be aware of:
    • If you are at fault for the accident, there is a $1,000 insurance deductible which may be your financial responsibility
    • If you allow someone other than your spouse or eligible children to drive your car and they are involved in an accident, you may be financially responsible for all damages to the car
  • Claims
    • If you are injured by the negligence of others in a vehicle accident, you may have a claim against the responsible party
    • If you are served any demand, claims or summons asserting your liability for the accident, you must contact John Bickel, Sr. immediately
    • Keep in mind you may owe reimbursement to CPC for any worker’s compensation benefits or payment under CPC medical plans that you have received if you are identified as negligent in the accident
  • Accident repair procedures
    • Submit Accident Report via eFleets app
    • Enterprise will coordinate next steps with you and direct you to location(s) where repairs can happen
  • You must personally pay for any summons for parking tickets or traffic violations as soon as possible
  • If you accumulate excessive speeding violations and/or accidents, you may be excluded from CPC provided insurance and your car eligibility may be withdrawn
  • If your driver’s license is revoked, suspended or restricted for any reason, you must notify John Bickel, Sr. immediately

Please email your Driver History Request form to Jacinda Hayes at CPC.

  • CPC pays for all costs to operate your company car, except repairs to optional equipment you have chosen and paid for
  • Submit operating expenses monthly to your immediate supervisor or on a Business Expense Auto Log
  • Overnight parking is allowed only when you are away from home or work on CPC business. Paid receipts should be submitted on an Expense Report.
  • Fines for parking or speeding violations are not reimbursable
  • If your vehicle cannot be driven due to servicing or an accident, you may rent a car (with prior approval by John Bickel, Sr.) to fulfill your job responsibilities
  • If you choose not to rent a car, you may use your personal car for CPC business and be reimbursed at the current rate. This includes the cost of gasoline, oil changes, repairs, maintenance, depreciation, car washes, tune-ups and insurance.
  • You will be reimbursed separately for any parking and toll fees incurred
  • Complete an Expense Report to receive reimbursement, showing business miles driven (which does not include commuting mileage to work and home)
