Online Open Enrollment for 2026 CPC Benefits Begins October 1

Online Open Enrollment for your 2026 CPC Benefits begins October 1! All employees must enroll between October 1–31, 2025, by logging in to VISTA and making your elections.

This year, there are two medical plan options to choose from:

• Traditional PPO Plan — the existing deductible-based plan with in-network savings.
• Value-Driven Health Plan (VDHP) — a new plan with no deductibles; no network restrictions; simple, predictable copays; and with lower employee premium costs.

The 2026 CPC Benefits Guide has been sent via email to all qualifying employees. If you did not receive an email, please contact your immediate supervisor to get the details on how to enroll.

CPC Benefits Specialists are available Monday through Friday during extended hours to assist you in any portion of the process you may need help with at 800-941-7089. We encourage you to utilize them for any help you may need.
