CPC Sponsors Kevin Class Memorial Golf Tournament

CPC Logistics helped sponsor the annual Kevin Class Memorial Golf Tournament in Friendsville, Pennsylvania. Dedicated to supporting various charities and individuals in need, this year’s tournament raised funds for Minute Men Emergency Medical Services in Montrose, Pennsylvania.

“Kevin Class was a devoted father, grandfather and an all-around remarkable person,” said CPC Regional Manager Nick Sablich, who is Kevin’s son-in-law. “He had a deep love for nature and camping, spending countless weekends at his permanent site at Soaring Eagle Campground in Equinunk, Pennsylvania.”

Kevin was diagnosed with leukemia in 2021. In response, his longtime girlfriend’s nephew, a member of Tall Pines Golf Course, organized a tournament to help support Kevin’s medical expenses. Tragically, later that year, Kevin passed away.

“In his memory, the golf tournament has become an annual tradition, continuing Kevin’s legacy of kindness and generosity,” Nick said.
