Anthony Alemany: A Man of Many Talents

Anthony Alemany began his journey with CPC assigned to Walgreens in Stephens City, Virginia, in October 2023 and has proven to be an invaluable member of the team. A dive into Anthony’s background reveals that he is a gifted storyteller with a vivid imagination and a talent for connecting cultures through his words. Anthony said his time in the truck every night helps him come up with creative ideas.

Growing up in a multicultural family, he was immersed in a variety of languages and viewpoints. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Anthony has embraced numerous creative roles throughout his career. He taught English in Brazil and even ran a YouTube channel aimed at helping Portuguese speakers learn English. Additionally, he is a published photographer, having studied the art at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and San Diego City College.

Anthony is an author of both whimsical fiction and lyrical children’s literature. His narratives often evoke a sense of wonder and humor, whether he is leading young readers on an adventure through a magical island or conjuring the aromatic prophecies of an extraordinary nose.

Anthony’s debut book in Portuguese, “Uma Ilha Especial,” translates to “A Special Island” and is still awaiting its English publication. It invites young readers on a delightful journey with a curious rabbit who encounters unforgettable island inhabitants—from a solar-powered firefly to a rhinoceros convinced he is a unicorn. Originally published in Brazil, this enchanting story celebrates diversity, self-acceptance and the beauty of our differences.

His first book in English, “The Scentsational Nose Tradamus,” is a playful fictional parody featuring the world’s most remarkable “scent-seer.” Filled with clever humor, wordplay and aromatic predictions, it shows Anthony’s passion for language and his knack for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Through humor, history or heartfelt narratives, Anthony aims to achieve a straightforward goal: to ignite curiosity, inspire joy and remind readers of all ages that the world is larger, brighter and infinitely more magical than we often perceive.
