CPC drivers assigned to a large consumer packaged goods company in Vandalia, Ohio, enjoyed an appreciation cookout on August 6.
“This event marked a monumental milestone for our operation because it was held inside the facility directly beside our new CPC office trailer where we park and manage our fleet trucks,” said Division Manager James Long. “Having an on-site office has been a breath of fresh air for both our drivers and the regional manager overseeing this domicile.”

The new office has strengthened CPC’s ability to support drivers by providing them with a more efficient way to process paperwork while also giving them a safe, convenient place to stay out of the weather while waiting on loads and equipment.
“The cookout was our way of showing appreciation for the men and women who keep this fleet moving,” James said. “Their dedication, professionalism and commitment are the foundation of this operation and will continue to be a driving force behind the fleet’s current success and future growth.”
