To continue fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, employees from CPC Logistics and the Walgreens distribution center in Pendergrass, Georgia, held their quarterly load meeting. This collaborative event brings together key personnel for a roundtable discussion focused on enhancing and maintaining safe loading and unloading practices.

The meeting is a critical component of the ongoing partnership between Walgreens and CPC. It provides a platform for open and direct communication, addresses concerns, and facilitates brainstorming to prevent potential safety hazards. The goal is to ensure that every shipment is handled with the highest level of care, protecting both the product and, most importantly, the people involved.
“When we get a chance to sit down and talk, we can learn from real-world experiences on the road, as well as understand the challenges of warehouse employees,” said CPC Regional Manager Jeff Boyington. “It’s all about making sure we are on the same page for every single load.”
