

2026 employee benefits require your action. Please carefully read the below information on three changes that are coming to Open Enrollment.
CPC is transitioning to online communications for Open Enrollment.
CPC Logistics is excited to announce a transition to electronic communication for online Open Enrollment selections for 2026. All Open Enrollment materials will now be delivered by email. To make sure your contact information is up to date, refer to the brochure mailed to you or the email you received. If incorrect, please call a benefit specialist at (800) 941-7089, or email Benefits@CPCLogistics.com to change your email address prior to August 28, 2025.
It is imperative that we have your correct email address. Without it, you will not receive 2026 Open Enrollment materials or the web link to the 2026 online Open Enrollment system.
Benefit options are changing for 2026.
Open Enrollment for 2026 is active because benefit options are changing. This means all employees must make benefit selections during the enrollment period (October 1-31, 2025). If you don’t enroll, you will not receive benefits and coverage in 2026.
In the coming weeks, you will be receiving detailed information for enrollment.

Wellness Campaign: September 1-November 30, 2025
Consider contacting your provider now to schedule your biometric screening. If you don’t have a primary care physician, call UMR at (800) 826-9781. A wellness packet will soon be sent to the email address CPC has on file for you. This packet will outline the process to qualify to receive a credit that reduces the cost of your health insurance premium for you and your spouse—up to $520 per year.
Active Open Enrollment: October 1-31, 2025
2026 active Open Enrollment materials will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. These materials will include a link to make all benefit selections online. Benefit specialists are available at (800) 941-7089 to answer questions and assist you in this process. All employees must enroll to receive benefits and coverage for 2026.
