Driver Spotlight: Ken Fields

Ken Fields, a CPC Logistics driver assigned to Walgreens in Pendergrass, Georgia, has been going the extra mile since he began his role in 2021.

“Ken wants to see success for both CPC and Walgreens,” said CPC Regional Manager Jeff Boyington. “He never questions, never complains, and he understands the job and the challenges that come with it. Ken is always prompt and even makes sure to send me pictures of his returning trailer daily to make sure I know it’s clean and ready for the next load. He is a true asset for us and our customer.”

Walgreens store employees appreciate Ken’s punctuality and hard work.

“Ken is always on time and helping our store people,” said Billy, a Walgreens store manager. “He is always in a good mood and goes above and beyond when we are shorthanded. I hope he is our driver forever!”

According to Ken, driving for CPC and Walgreens is more than a career. It’s a calling.

“This job isn’t just work for me; it’s an opportunity to grow, to serve, and to make a difference alongside people I respect,” Ken said. “I’m truly blessed to be a part of this team, and I pray I can give my very best in return for being chosen to be here.”

When he is not behind the wheel, Ken enjoys spending time with family, working in his yard, and his pets, who he says are like his children.
