David Brandenburg was one of the first three drivers for CPC when the Cape Girardeau, Missouri, location for a large consumer packaged goods company started operating in May 2021.
CPC Safety Manager Max Clary described David as a quiet individual who led by example. He was a safe and efficient driver and always had positive feedback, which was especially important during the early stages of the Cape Girardeau operation. He got along well with everyone and remains a positive influence on all who were fortunate to know and work with him.
David will be missed by all his fellow drivers.
Former CPC employee Kurt J. Snow passed away January 18, 2025, at his home surrounded by family.
Kurt went to work for his uncle with Gabriel Construction before starting his 47-year career hauling milk in 1976. He was employed with CPC from 2006 to 2016. During that time Kurt received many awards honoring his professional, safe driving, including the 2016 CPC Driver of the Year Award, 2016 National Private Truck Council National Diver All-Star Award, and the 3 Million Mile Award.
Our deepest sympathies go out to Kurt’s loved ones.
