Congratulations! You are eligible for a company car from CPC, which will benefit you in multiple ways as an employee of CPC.

  • Download the Enterprise Mobile App (eFleets) from Apple app store or Google Play store
  • Place your insurance and registration in the car
  • Fuel Card
    • CPC will provide you with a Fuel Card for use with your company car
      • Simply enter it at the pump, key in current mileage, enter your private PIN number and fill up. Your PIN number is in the original memo with information about your company car from John Bickel, Sr.
  • Bookmark this CPC Company Car site in your phone for future reference

Even though this car won’t technically be your property, it is still your responsibility. We expect you will:

  • Convenience for employees who spend a lot time on daily or long-distance travel
  • Cost savings for you, since expenses like fuel and maintenance are covered
  • Saves mileage and wear and tear on your personal vehicles
  • Comprehensive insurance protection through our fleet coverage
  • Licensing, registration and renewals are handled
  • Well-maintained, regularly-serviced, reliable cars are safer, giving you peace of mind

eFleets - Enterprise Mobile App

eFleet, the Enterprise Fleets Management app, is designed to support our company car drivers in the field.

 

  • Download the app in the Apple app store or Google Play store
  • Once you’re approved, you will receive an email with your login information and a temporary password. Once you login with the temporary password, you will need then to enter a new password. Do not copy and paste.
  • Your login ID is your company email address. If you forget your password, click the “forgot your password?” button and follow the instructions to receive a new one.
  • More detailed instructions for the eFleet app can be found on eFleets.com or the User Guide
  • If you have any problems getting set up, call Driver Help at 1-866-658-5017 or send an email to DriverHelp@efleets.com. Or another CPC manager driving a company car can probably help, too.
  • Maintenance card
    • This card shows that the vehicle is on the Enterprise maintenance program. All service and maintenance payments go through Enterprise. Do not pay for anything out of pocket.
  • Insurance card
    • Upload and save images of your insurance card for convenience
  • Best Price Fuel Locator
    • Find the closest and best-priced fueling stations
  • Maintenance Locator
    • Find the closest maintenance facility to your current location
  • Accident Report
    • Answer Accident Report questions. Can upload up to six photos of the damage/scene. Submit. Submission goes to Enterprise Fleet Management.
    • Includes contact information if vehicle needs towing
  • Order Status
    • Track your assigned new vehicle order
  • Roadside Assistance
    • Provides click-to-call phone number function to reach eFleets roadside assistance
  • Odometer
    • Input your mileage directly into the eFleets app, including the amount of personal mileage
  • Monthly car log
    • Track usage for personal and business mileage for tax purposes
  • Contact info for troubleshooting is in the app
  • My Alerts (located under “Menu”)
    • Provides reminder for oil changes, recalls, etc.

Note: Fuel Card is NOT within the app; you will receive a fuel card separately
