Video: Carrie Scarselli Accepts Rick Austin Memorial Dispatcher of the Year Award

CPC Dispatch Supervisor Carrie Scarselli received the 2024 Rick Austin Memorial Dispatcher of the Year Award during the 2024 Private Motor Truck Council of Canada (PMTC) Conference held June 18-20 at Niagara Falls Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The award was established to honor the memory of Rick Austin, a CPC dispatcher who passed away in 2017. Carrie was hired in 2018 to take over Rick’s role working with John Deere Canada, and she has made many outstanding contributions to both companies over the last six years.
