Sometimes it’s the small gestures that make the biggest difference, and CPC Vice President of Canadian Operations Matt Carr recently demonstrated a commitment to ensuring a member of his team received the recognition she earned.

Emily Decap recently realized that her 3-Year Service Medallion had gone missing from her desk. Losing a token like this can be frustrating, and Matt didn’t hesitate to step in. Driven by a desire to make sure Emily felt appreciated and had the physical reminder of her milestone, he personally navigated the process of securing a replacement medallion for her.
“Matt didn’t just tell Emily to go through the proper channels; he took the initiative himself to get the replacement,” said CPC Regional Manager Shawne Koch. “It was a small thing, but it showed how much he truly cares about recognizing our work and making sure we feel valued.”

Thank you, Matt, for your kindness, dedication and for setting such a fantastic example of leadership!
