To honor the men and women who have served in our armed forces, several CPC Logistics truck drivers stepped up to be part of the Wreaths Across America “Honor Fleet.” The fleet is responsible for transporting millions of veterans’ wreaths to cemeteries across the United States for Wreaths Across America Day held on December 13, 2025.

Phillip Mulrain, a driver assigned to a large consumer packaged goods company in Andover, Massachusetts, picked up a load of wreaths from Worcester Wreath Company in Maine. Many of WAA’s wreaths come from the Worcester Wreath Company farm, which is thousands of acres.
“I loved getting to tour the farm and its museum and shop,” Phillip said. “I was overwhelmed by everything they have there, which includes artifacts from the Civil War to the present. They have a Remembrance Tree Program where families can honor their loved one by putting their dog tag on a tree.”
Volunteering for Wreaths Across America was deeply personal for Phillip, as he currently serves in the United States Army National Guard. Since 2007 he has been deployed three times to Iraq and Afghanistan.
“This hit close to home,” Phillip said. “I have lost a lot of brothers and sisters overseas. Wreaths Across America is doing a great thing for veterans and their families.”
Tim McLeod and Joshua Bragg, who are both assigned to drive for Walgreens in Hartford, Connecticut, were also part of the Honor Fleet. Tim, who is a U.S. Air Force veteran, dressed up as Santa, and Joshua played his elf. Tim and Joshua delivered the wreaths to Nazareth, Pennsylvania, where they were shipped to cemeteries in Texas and Wyoming.

“We have Memorial Day in the spring to honor our fallen soldiers and Veterans Day in November to honor those who have served,” Tim said. “Wreaths Across America is a reminder that the sacrifice these men and women have made is not forgotten, especially during the holidays when their families are feeling their loss.”
On the other side of the country, Pat Danford and Doug Wilson, who are both assigned to drive for Walgreens in Mount Vernon, Illinois, transported wreaths to cemeteries in Douglas and Casper, Wyoming.
“Pat and Doug take great pride in making sure these wreaths get delivered for the veterans that have served this country,” said CPC Operations Manager Wayne Steinkamp. “I know when Christmas comes around that these two will get the job done, not only honoring the veterans but the Mount Vernon fleet as well.”

Down south, Rene Conde and Brian White, two CPC drivers assigned to Walgreens in Waxahachie, Texas, also delivered wreaths.

In the Midwest, Michael Moore, a U.S. Navy veteran who is assigned to drive for a consumer goods company in Vandalia, Ohio, delivered wreaths to St. Louis.
“I wanted to show how much I appreciate the sacrifice these men and women made,” Michael said. “They gave their lives for our freedom, and that deserves to be recognized.”
CPC Operations Manager Drake Rogers and CPC Safety Supervisor and retired U.S. Marine Bill Hayden accompanied Michael on the journey.

“It’s a way to show my fellow veterans that they will never be forgotten,” Bill said.
He encourages all truck drivers who are interested to help haul wreaths across the country, regardless of their military background.
“It doesn’t matter if you are a serviceman or woman; if you are a patriot, you should do this,” Bill said. “You don’t have to wear a uniform to honor the sacrifice our veterans made. You just need to believe in your country.”
