It’s that time of year again! Wellness and benefits annual enrollment opportunities will be available soon.
Details regarding benefits and wellness participation will arrive through the mail in separate packets. Please notify the Medical Benefits Department of any address change by contacting a benefits counselor at 800-941-7089.
Please keep an eye out for your packets and contact a benefits counselor if you do not receive both sets of information by early October 2022.
