CPC Operations Manager Christie Tilton, who was named a 2024 National Private Truck Council (NPTC) National Driver All-Star in September, was recently interviewed on Land Line Now, the official news outlet of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association specializing in trucking news for truck drivers. Christie told program director Mike Reddig about her path to becoming a truck driver, her transition to her current role as an operations manager, what the NPTC recognition means to her, and more.
Based in Eaton, Ohio, Christie was also featured in Dayton Daily News as an example of a woman who has excelled in the traditionally male-dominated field of trucking. She was assigned to drive for a large consumer packaged goods company for several years before becoming operations manager for CPC.
