50th Anniversary Message from Butch Wallis

CPC is kicking off the month of August by recognizing a major accomplishment: 50 years of providing the best drivers on the road! CPC President Butch Wallis shares the below message acknowledging the contributions of all the employees—past and present—who helped make this achievement possible.

CPC Logistics is excited to celebrate 50 years of providing transportation services to some of the top private fleets in North America. In 1973 we started with one driver and, shortly after, one supervisor who worked for CPC for 44 years before retiring. Since then, our business has grown to over 3,300 drivers, warehouse personnel, dispatchers, and others operating in 45 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico!

CPC’s success is due to our drivers, managers, and support personnel, who work together every day to provide an unrivaled level of service for our customers. When faced with challenges over the last 50 years—including the recent pandemic and several natural disasters—each group has risen to the occasion to provide essential services that make a difference in untold numbers of lives.

We are thankful for all who paved the way in establishing CPC’s culture. We are also grateful to our current team members who continue to live up to our guiding principles: “Do What’s Right, Respect Others, and Perform with Excellence.” We are looking forward to the road ahead and will stay true to these values!
