CPC Attends 2023 NPTC Private Fleet Management Institute

Looking to advance their careers and network within the trucking industry, four CPC Logistics leaders attended the five-day Private Fleet Management Institute (PFMI) this January in Orlando, Florida.

“My experience at PFMI was eye opening,” said Transport Manager Sarah Hicks. “It gave me a more in-depth understanding of all the various roles within fleet operations that I hope will make me a better educator and leader for our team.”

Hosted by the National Private Truck Council, PFMI is an intensive program that provides more than 35 hours of educational content tailored for private fleet industry professionals in five core areas of fleet management.

“I walked away with a greater knowledge and new connections for CPC,” said Western Division Manager Leslie Gomez. “Upon returning to my branches, I plan to put several of the examples we learned into action, including stay interviews. I also intend to maintain several of the key performance indicators I had begun to put in place.”
