Linnette Torres, CPC Logistics’ Director of Compliance and Recruiting, provided insights for a recent article in Transport Topics: “Fleets Eye Bonuses, Work-Life Perks Amid Driver Shortages.” The article outlines a variety of driver retention strategies companies are employing, from lifestyle improvements to maintaining open communication.

She said that because CPC offers competitive pay along with regular access to managers, daily time at home, career advancement opportunities, recognition programs and more, many of CPC’s drivers have remained with the company between 10 and 30 years.
