Logistics Coordinator (Sharonville, OH)

CPC Logistics has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator at a national private fleet located in Sharonville, OH. The qualified applicant will have demonstrated strong work ethic with a passion for safety. Experience in LTL/TL as well as tanker operations is preferred. Normally a day shift, Monday through Friday position, you must however be willing to be available on weekends for emergency coverage situations and a rotating on call schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Freight routing based on cost matrix
In-bound and out-bound freight scheduling
Processing shipping paperwork
Manage equipment lane assignments
Data validation/analysis for cost out projects
Develop and maintain scorecard matrix
Forklift Experience
Necessary Knowledge and Abilities:

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Transportation Management Software (TMS) or AS400 system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Forklift and/or motorized pallet jack certification
Understanding of USDOT FMCSR and Hazmat regulations
Must have the following:
1-3 years in transportation industry
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid U.S. driver’s license
