We Require:
- Must have 1 – 2 years of general accounting experience
- Basic Bookkeeping skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent Data Enty skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment.
- Attentive to details and able to meet deadlines.
The CPC Logistics driver staffing operations center serving Santa Ana, CA is looking for An Account Assistant Data Entry for a client based in Santa Ana, CA. The Account Assistant will be providing administrative and clerical support to both the Finance and Accounting teams. Position involves processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, filing, vendor reconciliations, and other general accounting tasks. 1st shift Schedule Monday- Friday 0700 AM, weekends off! This Position Only Requires 1 year of Accounting Assistant Data Entry Experience!
