For the second year in a row, CPC Logistics was included in Forbes’ annual list of America’s Best Midsize Employers (organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees) published February 13, 2024.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to gather data for the list, which is based on a survey of more than 170,000 U.S.-based workers at American companies. Survey respondents—which included current employees, employees who had worked for the company within the last two years, and those familiar with the company through friends, family, or peers in their industry—were asked to rate their employer and state if they would recommend their employer to others. The list features the 400 employers that received the highest scores.
CPC Logistics was one of only eight midsize companies based in the St. Louis area to be included in the national rankings. According to Forbes, these companies have distinguished themselves for their ability to keep their employees happy and engaged. While many trucking fleets struggle to attract and retain truck drivers, CPC’s jobs are considered among the most preferred in the industry because they offer:

- A safety record that is three times better than the overall trucking industry.
