Job Details:

• May work mandatory overtime as needed
• Proactively find solutions to issues, problems, and challenges related to existing and new projects that are creative, thorough and complete
• Ensure quotes are registered in Main Quotations System (MQS) for proper tracking.  Data entered must be accurate, complete and timely
• Process Direct Through Stock (DTS) paperwork to ensure material is shipped/delivered to customer
• Process pre-payment paperwork with management to get payments made and billing processed to customer
• Handle all freight claims for missing or damaged material
• Assist the Project Manager with order entry or editing sales orders and/or purchase orders when needed
• Coordinate  efforts  with  Returns  to  correct  errors,  (such  as  entry  mistakes,  picking mistakes, delivery issues and RGA requests) efficiently
• Participate in training, including but not limited to on site classes, off site classes, and web based training in order to keep up to date on the most current product technology
• Assist customers with missing, damaged and/or defective material. Enter sales and purchase orders as needed or directed

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the Electrical or Construction Industry preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Must be 21 years or older to apply
